Venus Naturals has been in business since 1996, offering all natural creams and lotions for body and skin care online and in local Toronto stores.
Where are you located?
Our office and manufacturing facility are located in Toronto, Canada. Our mailing address is 112-2400 Midland Avenue, Scarborough, ON M1S 1P8.
I live in Toronto. Can I pick up my order from your location?
We do not sell directly to customers from our office or plant. Our products are only available online, unless you live in the greater toronto area, in which case you can purchase from retail stores (see below).
Are your products available in stores?
A selection of our products are available in Toronto area stores (see below). Call the store to make sure they carry (and have in stock) the products you are looking for. Please keep in mind that stores do not have the same specials (eg. discounts for purchasing 2 or 3).
If you order from our web site, your purchases count towards future discounts with our Rewards Program. Please check out our new Rewards Program for repeat customers. With the Rewards Program, you can get discounts of 10 to 20%.

Can I call in orders? What is your phone number?
Regarding telephone ordering, we do not have a full time order taking person. We manufacture and sell to stores and dealers, as well as with our web site. If you do not wish to order online, you can order by mail. To access our mail order form, order on line but when you ‘check out’, you will see an ‘order by mail’ button. Clicking the button will produce the mail order form.
