You can order any of our products on this web site with the convenient shopping cart system. Each product page has a section where you can select a quantity and add it to your cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button (All prices are in U.S. Funds). This will take you to your shopping cart where all your selections are itemized, including price, quantity and totals. You then have a choice of continuing shopping, removing an item, or checking out after selecting a shipping method. When you check out, you are taken to the secure credit card processing pages provided by Internet Secure. You have a choice of using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Make sure you use your card billing information that is kept at your bank. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, you will be given the opportunity to fill out a form for special instructions and for getting a free sample of one of our products, but only after the transaction is approved. For security reasons, we never see your credit card information. Only your bank does.

After you 'check out' and the transaction has been successfully completed, do not forget to click on the button 'click here to claim your sample' on your approval page. This will take you to a special form for adding special instructions (such as a different shipping address from your billing address).
To Order Multiple Items
When you add items to your shopping cart, you are given a choice of quantity 1, 2 or 3. However, if you wish to order more, say 5 of the same item, simply order 3, click 'continue shopping' on the shopping cart page (which will take you back to the previous item page), then add 2 more. This way, you can add (and remove) items to get the quantity you want.
To order by Mail
If you do not wish to order online or do not have a major credit card, you can send in your order by mail. Instead of 'checking out', click the 'Order By Mail' button. This will take you to a special mail order form that will already include all of your order information. The printable mail order form will have instructions for mailing, a shipping information section to fill out, and a special section for adding special instructions (such as a different shipping address from your billing address) and claiming your free sample. Your order will be confirmed by telephone or e-mail.

The following shipping methods and costs are offered before you check out:
- US — regular air mail (USPS), $10.00 (up to 500 gm), $16.00 (total weight of parcel is over 500 gm) — delivery within 2 – 3 weeks
- US — UPS ground, $20.00 (up to 1Kg), $25.00 (total weight of parcel is over 1Kg) — delivery within 3 – 10 business days, depending on destination, UPS tracking details provided
- US — UPS express, $35.00 (up to 1Kg), $40.00 (total weight of parcel is over 1Kg) — delivery within 3 business days, UPS tracking details provided
- CANADA — regular mail, $8.00 (up to 500 gm), $10.00 (total weight of parcel is over 500 gm) — delivery within 2 – weeks
- CANADA — XpressPost, $12.00 (up to 500 gm), $15.00 (total weight of parcel is over 500 gm) — delivery within 3 – 7 business days, depending on distance from Toronto
- INTERNATIONAL — air mail, $12.00 (up to 250 gm), $20.00 (up to 500 gm), $35.00 (up to 1Kg) or $50.00 (total weight of parcel is over 1Kg) — delivery within 3 – 4 weeks
- INTERNATIONAL — express, $60 (up to 1Kg), $70 (up to 2Kg), $90 (up to 3Kg) or $100 (total weight of parcel is over 3Kg) — delivery within 3 – 5 business days, courier tracking details provided
Please Note: some International destinations will require special arrangements for payment if the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the above quoted rates. If you are an international customer, it is best to contact us before placing your order.
Parcel Weights
Total parcel weight is automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart, and this total weight is displayed before you check out. The calculation is based on product weight plus packing materials.
