Ordering from this web site is easy! We have tested this site with both Internet Explorer and Netscape. However, if you still find it perplexing, this page is for you. First, this site utilizes Javascript extensively so you must have javascript turned on (which is the default for most browsers). Without javascript, most e-commerce sites would not work.
Each product page has a section where you can select a quantity and add it to your cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. In the following example, you have selected 'skin lightening' from the menu. When you scroll down the page, you will see the following section for ordering skin lightening cream.
Click on the down arrow (as shown below) and select 1, 2 or 3. You must select a quantity or you will get an error message if you try to add a ‘0’ quantity to your cart.
In the screen below, you have selected a quantity of ‘1’.
After you have selected a quantity, click on the yellow and green button that reads ‘add to cart’ (see below).
When you click on the ‘add to cart’ button, you will then see the shopping cart page. The top part of the Shopping Cart is shown below.
The next part of the Shopping Cart page (see below) shows what you have ordered so far, the quantities, unit prices, subtotals, total and the approximate weight of the parcel to be shipped to you. In the screen below, you have ordered 1 jar of Venus Skin Lightening Cream at a unit price of $29.95. Your parcel weighs approximately 140 gm (about 4.6 oz). This includes the jar of cream and all packing materials. At this point, a shipping method has not been selected yet, that is why it shows ‘0.00’ for the shipping cost.
You now have several options. You can remove an item (click on the ‘remove’ button located in the same row as the item you wish removed); Or you can add more items to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button (this will take you back to the last product page that you visited); Or you can Check out.
In order to proceed to check out, you must select a shipping method or you will see an error message when you try to check out.
Select a shipping method by clicking on one of 7 yellow and green shipping buttons. There are 3 for U.S. orders, 2 for Canadian orders and 2 for International orders. In the example screen below, you have selected ‘US regular air mail’.
Now that you have selected a shipping method and are ready to check out, click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will now be taken to the InternetSecure web site to complete your transaction with a secure server. The screen you will see is shown below.
If you do not have a credit card and wish to order by mail, click the ‘Order By Mail’ button. This will take you to the Order By Mail page that you can fill out and mail with your payment.
